Our Process
The Craft
From raw timber to finished piece — a journey of patience, skill, and deep respect for the material.
"True craftsmanship is not about perfection — it's about the honest dialogue between maker and material."
Wood Selection
Every piece begins with a careful selection of timber. We source sustainably, choosing wood that speaks — each plank with its own character, its own story waiting to be revealed. We work with oak, walnut, olive, ash, and carefully selected local hardwoods.

Handcrafting
Using a blend of traditional hand tools and precision machinery, each piece is shaped with care. The process is deliberate — we follow the wood's natural lines, respecting its curves and grain patterns rather than fighting against them.

Joinery
The beauty of true craftsmanship lies in the joints. Mortise and tenon, dovetails, and box joints — techniques refined over centuries that create bonds stronger than any glue alone. These hidden details are what make a piece last generations.

Natural Finishing
We use only natural oils and waxes — linseed, tung, and beeswax — that penetrate the wood and bring out its depth and warmth. No lacquers, no plastics. Just the pure, living surface of the wood, protected and enhanced.

Grain & Imperfections
Where others see flaws, we see character. A knot, a variation in color, a subtle crack healed by time — these are the marks of a living material. We celebrate them, letting the wood's natural history become part of the design.
